Tammy is a PACFA registered Psychotherapist/Counsellor (ABN: 437 933 801 74) (26750) consulting at the Earlwood centre. Bringing extensive experience across both community and corporate settings, she supports individuals with warmth, empathy, and respect. She deeply values genuine connection and strives to create a safe, trusting therapeutic space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported at their own pace. She works alongside people navigating complex trauma, mental health challenges, and social barriers that may affect wellbeing, relationships, and daily life. Her approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing on trauma-informed therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and person-centred principles to support practical, sustainable change. Tammy speaks fluent Vietnamese in addition to English.
