Dr Teresa Chang is a Nephrologist (ABN: 60 604 293 083) (MED0001629238) consulting at the Earlwood / Sans Souci centres.
Dr Teresa Chang graduated from the University of New South Wales (UNSW). She completed a Certificate in Nephropathology through the International Society of Nephrology and Graduate Certificate in Clinical Epidemiology through the University of Newcastle. Dr Teresa has done her physician training at St Vincent’s Hospital and her specialist training at St George, Wollongong, Prince of Wales, Royal North Shore and Liverpool Hospitals.
Dr Teresa is a Fellow of Royal Australian College of Physicians and a Member of the Australia New Zealand Society of Nephrology. Her areas of interest include chronic kidney disease and its complications, diabetic nephropathy, geriatric kidney disease, glomerular diseases, proteinuria, haematuria, hypertension investigations and management, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, fluid and electrolyte management.
